Growing Together in God’s Word This Fall
As summer begins to wind down, we are looking forward to gathering once again around God’s Word. We hope you have enjoyed the opportunities for rest, family, and recreation over the past few months, but we are excited to resume our regular schedule of Bible study as we continue to grow together in our knowledge and love of Christ.
Our Adult Sunday School will begin on Sunday, September 13. This class is designed to help believers deepen their understanding of Scripture while encouraging meaningful discussion and fellowship. Whether you have attended faithfully for years or have never joined us before, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow in your faith alongside other believers.
Our Monday Evening Bible Study will resume on Monday, September 14. Meeting in a relaxed setting, this study provides an opportunity to explore God’s Word together, ask questions, and encourage one another as we seek to apply biblical truth to everyday life. Everyone is welcome, and no advanced Bible knowledge is required—just a desire to learn and grow.
Our Wednesday Morning Bible Study will return on Wednesday, September 16. For those who regularly attend this group, we encourage you to make the most of the remaining summer weeks by reading through the Pentateuch—the first five books of the Bible: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. This foundational portion of Scripture reveals God’s holiness, His covenant with His people, and His unfolding plan of redemption that ultimately points us to Jesus Christ. Spending time in these books now will enrich our discussions when we resume meeting in September.
The Bible reminds us, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly” (Colossians 3:16). Spiritual growth does not happen by accident. As we consistently gather to study the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit shapes our hearts, strengthens our faith, and equips us to serve Christ more faithfully.
We encourage everyone to make Bible study a priority this fall. There is always room for one more, so invite a friend, neighbor, or family member to join you. We look forward to opening God’s Word together and seeing how He continues to transform our lives through its truth.
